In an effort to advance female education, engagement, empowerment, and entrepreneurship, the Federal Government has nominated Hon. Judith Ogbara to chair the Advisory Board for the Gender Education, Engagement, Empowerment, and Entrepreneurship Program (GEEEEP).

On Sunday, Comrade Asefon, the Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on Student Engagement, led the appointment process.

The nomination of Hon. Judith Ogbara as chairman of the GEEEEP Advisory Board and Hon. Lugard Okonobo as deputy chairman reiterated the government’s commitment to promoting gender equality and generating opportunities for all.

Hon. Ogbara, a well-known advocate for gender equality, girls’ rights, and women’s empowerment, offers a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her new position. As the head of the GEEEEP Advisory Board, she is well-positioned to lead projects that promote gender-inclusive education and create opportunities for girls and women across the country.
