The Supreme Court on Tuesday reserved judgment on the appeal by the Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang.
The state’s governorship election was held on March 18, and Nentawe Goshwe of the All Progressives Congress was proclaimed the winner by a three-person panel of the Court of Appeal, chaired by Justice Elphreda Williams-Dawodu.
The Independent National Electoral Commission was also directed by the appellate court to revoke the certificate of return that was given to Mutfwang and provide a new one to Goshwe.
