Mele Abatcha, the father of one of the deceased children, said the fire, which lasted less than an hour before engulfing the entire camp, started at 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
He pleaded with the authorities to come to their rescue, as they had lost everything, including shelter, in the fire catastrophe.
