As President Bola Tinubu celebrated his 72nd birthday on Friday, the Council of 108 former Senators from his All Progressives Congress (APC) paid glowing tribute to his unwavering “warrior” attitude in facing Nigeria’s difficulties head-on.
In a statement signed by Senator Basheer Lado, Convener and Protem Chairman of the APC Non-Serving Senators Council, the former lawmakers praised Tinubu as the “Jagaban warrior” who has boldly led the nation’s economic fight.
Former senators expressed appreciation for Tinubu’s capacity to face challenges head-on, attributing his tenacity to pushing them to support his administration.
