Churchill, a Nigerian comedian, is said to have passed away while recording a stunt for one of his videos.

Churchill’s effort to touch a basketball net was captured in a widely circulated video of the incident that was posted online on Thursday, or today.

He was seen by Newsmen to have fallen and hit his head on the ground in the footage.

Churchill was allegedly taken to the hospital by eyewitnesses, where he sadly died.

A lady with the Instagram handle, #LadyResa, revealed in a chat with PUNCH Online that Churchill was her schoolmate at Nasarawa State University, adding that the skit maker was bedridden after the incident.

“He was bedridden with a neck collar. But couldn’t survive due to internal injury,” she claimed.

She also told our correspondent that Churchill died last Sunday.

Friends of the late skit maker and Netizens have continued to mourn him on the online platform X.
