The Nigerian Software Testing Qualifications Board (NGSTQB) is excited to host the TestNigeria 2.0 Conference, a significant event for software testing professionals, on November 9, 2023.

This conference, which will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos, aims to bring together experts and enthusiasts in the software testing field.

As a member of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), NGSTQB is dedicated to certifying software testing professionals and promoting industry best practices.

Additionally, the organization collaborates with The TMMi Foundation, which oversees the Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi).

Mr. Boye Dare, President of NGSTQB, emphasized the significance of the event. He stated, ” The event will be attended by participants from across Nigeria and beyond, including Mr. Olivier Denoo, the Vice President of ISTQB, and other prominent figures in the global software testing community.”

With the conference’s theme, “Software Testing: Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities,” its focus is clearly on addressing the latest developments and challenges in the industry.

Renowned experts will deliver insights into trends, challenges, and opportunities in Nigeria, aiming to enhance the testing process and elevate software quality in the country.

The TestNigeria 2.0 Conference will cover a wide range of topics, from test management and automation to security testing and performance testing.

Furthermore, the event will serve as a networking platform, encouraging participants to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas which will foster meaningful conversations and lasting professional relationships.

Mr. Dare stressed the importance of events like TestNigeria 2.0 in a rapidly evolving technological landscape, saying, “The knowledge shared and connections made at the conference are bound to catalyze positive changes, not just in Nigeria’s tech ecosystem but also on a global scale.
