Idris Elba, a Hollywood celebrity, is poised to helm a gripping Lagos-based short film titled ‘Dust to Dreams’ alongside acclaimed Nigerian director and media entrepreneur Mo Abudu.

The story of ‘Dust to Dreams’ delves intimately into the remarkable love between a mother and her teenage daughter, set against the backdrop of their first meeting with the father. This emotionally driven plot promises to strike a deep chord with audiences.

Mo Abudu took to her social media channel on Tuesday to share more information about the highly anticipated project.

Abudu revealed that the film features a star-studded cast. Among them are British-Nigerian pop sensation Seal, renowned Nollywood performers Nse Ikpe-Etim and Eku Edewor, Atlanta’s Bridget Johnson, and former Nigerian Idol participant Constance Olatunde.

In her statement, Abudu expressed her pleasure, saying, “I’m beyond thrilled to announce a groundbreaking collaboration close to my heart!”
